Ever wanted to be on edge during the entire 60-minute match? Well, do I have the mod for you.

This mod runs jumpscares directly into your HUD >:3

Features

• JUMPSCARES! : The mod runs a background logic loop that runs rng to decide if you get jumped.
• Live Configuration (AnitaUI): I've integrated AnitaUI so you can tweak the settings mid-game*.
  • Open the ESC Menu.
  • Click the new button to the left of the player slots.
  • Adjust the Interval (how often it checks) and Chance (how likely a scare is).

Default Settings

• Check Interval: Every 45 seconds the mod will randomly decide to either run foxy or the skeleton.
• Scare Chance: 5% chance per check.

Important Notes

1. Persistence

Currently, settings do not save between sessions. You will have to tweak the values in the AnitaUI menu every time you launch the game.

You can change the default values permanently by opening jumpscare_overlay.js , editing the CONFIG variables, and repacking the file. (Might make a video on this)

If AnitaUI gets updated with persistent data this will be a lot easier.

2. Compatibility

This mod modifies base_hud.xml to inject the video elements.

• This will conflict with most other UI/HUD mods.
• If you want to use this with other HUD mods, you will need to manually merge the script includes and panel elements into their base_hud.xml .

      Installation

1. Download the zip of your choosing. With either foxy or the skeleton, or both. 
2. Place the files in your game/citadel/addons/ folder. Preferably higher order to avoid conflict with other mods.
3. Launch the game!

First UI mod! Always wanted to try and see what I could do in panorama, I plan on making a video on how I made this and how to edit the config/repacking it. Took way too long and I have found literally nothing else online in terms of documentation with panorama. 

I have a ton of other ideas I'm working on, a modular way of putting stuff on the screen, and ways of playing videos dependent on events in game but it'll be dependent on how this semester goes sooo... we'll see how much work I can get done. Thanks for reading!
