This is another one of Frogger's characters, known as "The Detective" 
BUT its also just a really good widowmaker skin from Overwatch
skin name is "Captain Lacroix"

This mod currently changes:
- vindicta skin into widowmakers "Captain Lacroix" skin
- ui elements like portraits, including the new critical and gloat portraits
- has an intro animation in the select hero skin (although i want to replace it with a more polished one, current one looks a bit goofy)
