Oh boy another TF2 sound mod

There's two versions for this one:
  • One for the whole thing, however the cooldown stinger may not line up with the respawn stinger.
  • The other tries to adjust the cooldown stinger to match with the respawn stinger but it isn't perfect and might have some pauses between the cooldown and the respawn stinger.
