Description
Inside are two folders: one with a mod exclusively for Russian language, another with a mod in you use "Force English Hero Names" option but still want to see the Russian logos (I don't know why would you but I would be exceedingly flattered if you do).
Not all of this is well-made or final (albeit there is nothing more final than something temporary) so this mod may or may not at one point receive an update.
