Replaces Infernus with Roy Mustang from Fullmetal Alchemist.
Also replaces his napalm cast noise with a snap.
Three versions are available, one with a floppy skirt that sometimes clips into itself, one with a stiff skirt that clips less, but is a bit less responsive as a result, and an in-between that is much higher quality overall, but may cause performance issues on weaker hardware.
