volume is at 70% but may be lowered further if the requester requests it. i think its at a good balance where its not drowning everything out known issues
- if using the random variant, if any other mods mess with billys sound events file, whichever mod has the lower* number will win. to fix youd have to decompile both mods, and rewrite the sound event file to fit both mods in a new mod
- if the song ends it will just be silence as looping the song would massively increase the file size, in real gameplay this is probably never an issue**
