Adds compatibility between World's Pixel Art Portraits, DOTA Styled Pixel Icons, and Hatless Rem.

Add ABOVE the main portrait/icon mod in the load order, or it will not show.

• Added glow to his eyes and ribbing to his inner-ears.
• Changed his ears entirely in his regular portrait now the hat is missing.
• Added a little heart in his gloat to fill the empty space <3
• Other tiny adjustments to personal taste.
