This replaces the ambience that plays when the game is paused with Oh It's You from the A Hat in Time soundtrack. It loops too in case the pause is extra long! Wow!

I mostly did this because pauses came up often and I got the idea to play some form of really cheesy waiting music during a pause. So I decided to make that a reality for myself.
