Have another Jacket mod on Billy.

This replaces a good chunk of VO lines for Billy aswell as adding Hotline miami-esque ability sounds.

I wanted to add a neat spin onto it though. Instead of adding just the PD2 lines I wanted to mix in Billy's OG Lines. For kill lines I wanted Jacket to taunt the person being killed and have him throw back their own lines to them. This was a nice multi week project I wanted to do as a hobby and honestly I had fun doing it.

I do intend to refine the mod, either fixing the volume, making lines more interesting, or adding in missing lines, so expect updates to this up until I feel as though it's complete. I strongly recommend using BobbyAkimbos Jacket mod of course and any choice in "Blasted" sound replacement mods. If there's any bugs or missing lines (there's bound to be) feel free to comment!
