Description

Changes the  sound of casting Arctic Blast and Cold Front to that of Ice Barrage from Oldschool Runescape. There's a separate sound for the casting and the freeze effect (basically hitsound) from Arctic Blast.

It's a bit on the quiet side, just to be safe.

Also it apparently also plays if you use Nullification Burst (Street Brawl item), probably because it uses the same sound file.
