Why can't I find it in mod manager?
MM has file size limit for which mods show up. Grimoire works fine tho.
If you can't download through any mod managers, here a less-manual manual way to install it. 
Unpack this RAR anywhere and copy paste the "game" folder into Steam\steamapps\common\Project8Staging
This has the addons directory with the mod

The issues below are hopefully fixed in the latest update but just in case we're leaving these in:

Why is he A-posing?
Try these:
-Loading into Sandbox/Explore NYC/etc then comeback to hideout
-Remove mods that affect animations
-Download manually and not through mod managers

Why do I get massive frame drops after opening game when loaded in as Doorman?
Let the mod "warm up" before going into a match. Could take a few minutes or more depending on specs. Cast each Doorman abilities, open shop menu in the hideout repeatedly until game stabilizes.

Why is the shop pose the select pose?
Try waiting it out or reopen the shop repeatedly
