Ever think the bolt color is getting a bit stale? Here's a blue bolt. Inspired by a certain Sinclair streamer. It only changes the particles for the bolt ability, so it should be fully compatible with any skin that doesn't. Check out my similar mod, Blue Flame Bolt, which has a more blue-flame-inspired color palette.
