Download Announcer Pack for which slot you want (1-5)

Then Download QOL Lock 2.0.0+

Open Deadlock 

Open QOL Lock Settings

Go to Audio Tab

Select the Slot # (1-5) that you downloaded

All sounds ripped from TF2

SET YOUR BUFF DELAY TO 45 SECONDS or this announcer pack WILL NOT WORK properly!

If the Buff Delay is not set to 45 Second Delay one of the Bridge Buff Announcements will not make sense!
