Note: this is my first time modding (anything really), if you're having trouble getting it downloading through the mod manager then you might have to manually add it.
Simply locate your game file through stream and go to steamapps\common\Deadlock\game\citadel\addons
Rename the vpk to pak##_dir (enter whatever 2 digit number on ##)
