HEADS-UP!
This mod requires modding over the heroes.vdata file, this means that it will be out of date relatively often depending on how frequently the Deadlock Team does balance changes. I will try to keep the mod up to date when patches happen, but I cannot make any promises for the long-term.

This mod adds a screen overlay effect to your POV when you're being chained by Billy's ultimate, Chain Gang.
