I learned how to mod the game just so that I could take Warden's hat off!! :D 

Made using Pugzil1a's Bald Seven as reference.

The hat still casts an ominous shadow on his scalp and I don't think there's anything I can do w/o modifying the model itself(?) -- you can disable distance field shadows in Deadlock's graphic settings to fix that :)
