Description

There isn't many Kelvin re-textures on here so I thought I would contribute.

A skin for Kelvin that makes him more like a frozen walking corpse, giving him lifeless eyes and frosty hair along with rugged brown parka.

No icons for now, I might add them but it might depend on how I feel.

USING DEADLOCK MOD MANAGER IS RECOMMENDED!!!
