Description

Replaces Mina's ultimate (Nox Nostra) sound effects with the intro to Sewerslvt's "Yandere Complex". I didn't loop the sound on this one but it supports up to ~235 bats.

Replaces vampirebat_nox_nostra_cast_delay and vampirebat_nox_nostra_channel_lp. Also changes Mina's soundevents file both to remove some random delay variation and to make the sounds play a bit louder.
