Billy goes Bulls On Parade

Replaces the looping sound that plays during Billy's Blasted (his 3rd ability) with the iconic chorus drop of Rage Against The Machine's Bulls On Parade, starting at the 0:26 mark of the song.

Activate Blasted, melee a fool, hold the buff. "They rally round the family, with a pocket full of shells…" kicks in over the 2:30 clip — long enough to cover any realistic Blasted duration including melee-extended runs. When Blasted ends, the song cuts cleanly with it.

What it changes

• sounds/abilities/punkgoat/a3/punkgoat_blasted_lp.vsnd_c  — the single looping ability sound

What it doesn't change

• Billy's voice line on cast ("Blasted!") still plays
• Stack-consumed and stack-refilled SFX still play
• Buff-expiring warning beep still plays
• No other heroes, no other abilities, no gameplay changes

Install

1. Mod Manager: install the .zip directly via Deadlock Mod Manager (deadlockmods.app) — easiest.
2. Manual: extract the .zip and drop  pak01_dir.vpk  into  steamapps\common\Deadlock\game\citadel\addons\ . Rename to the next free slot (e.g.  pak11_dir.vpk ) if you have other mods installed.

Game must be fully closed when installing/replacing the file (Source 2 holds the VPK file handle while the game is running).

Uninstall

Delete the VPK from the addons folder.

Notes

• You hear the song whenever any Billy on the map activates Blasted in earshot — your team's or the enemy's. It's part of the global sound replacement.
• If a single Blasted somehow runs longer than 2:30 (very unlikely even with heavy melee chains), the engine may loop the clip back to 0:26.
• All audio is mono — Source 2 expects mono for positional 3D sound on hero abilities.
