Replaces Apollo's ult with the Launch 1 SFX and first sequence of Stardust Racers' Daytime Onboard Audio.

The launch SFX are played in place of the voiceover lines while channeling, while the OBA is played directly on cast. Unfortuntely, I was not able to line up the launch SFX to fit directly in the standard delay window for the spell, and if I played it all as one sound cue, it would take too long. As such, until I can find a way to make it fit while still having it sound right, I thought splitting it up would be the best way to find a middle ground. However, this does mean that if you cast the spell normally, the two sounds will overlap. Technically speaking, the best way to get the same experience as on the coaster is to delay the cast manually by holding down the ult key until the launch SFX is almost finished, then release the key to cast and play the OBA. This makes the mod incredibly niche and only applicable to more exhibition-type usecases, unless you want to risk it for style points mid-game. Although, "Risk" and "Style Points" might as well be the names of the two tracks of Stardust anyway. (NOTE: I ended up adding a version that uses the VO soundcue to play the whole sequence at once. This does reduce the OBA section, and the launch SFX still does not line up with the delay window, but it does prevent sound overlap)
