As you all know one of the least represented characters to mod is Kelvin, but thankfully Syrreth_ uploaded a banger Synthetic Kelvin mod and I've been having a blast with this unique design so I decided to make Kelvin's Voice Synthetic to match.

(I am aware some lines are quieter then the originals, but the EQ I put it through ducked the audio for some lines. I am unaware of a fix for this through Soundevents or similar files. If you know of how to globally bump audio levels for a character I will take the advice, but I cba going through every line once more to adjust again)
