Fixes the shop and health bar stretching or disappearing when playing the game in 4:3 or 5:4 aspect ratio.

This is an updated version of meguooo’s original fix, compatible with the 8/18/2025 game patch. I will try to update this mod whenever it breaks but frequent updates are not guaranteed.
