Description

The third or so mod on GB that replaces Billy's voice with Jacket from PAYDAY 2. I want to be able to replace most or all of Billy's current voicelines with Jacket's, and in the future I'll likely start splicing new ones together instead of using only raw audio files.

Features:

Jacket's Italian, German, and Spanish lines all carefully selected to fit the right situation
Full ability line replacements (with low HP)
Heavier distortion when emotional or lower HP
Killstreak lines, select and unselect lines, shop reminder lines
Partial ping and chat wheel replacements
Killing other heroes, generic kills, melee kills, etc.
Some item usage lines, taking damage, getting healed
...and more! (and less)

Known Issues:

Volume mixing is inconsistent, lines typically louder than should be
Some lines may be a bit verbose (50/50 on keeping it like this for accuracy)
Some awkward line placement
Some lines appear too often, even if their processing is different

I wanted to wait until the mod was more complete, but I was encouraged to go ahead and release it as-is now. Hoping to update it sometime in November!
