Description

The TF2 Administrator calls out that the intelligence (the urn) is doing stuff! Includes changes on both teams to replace urn lines (picked up, dropped, captured, enemy has, etc.) with the TF2 administrator! Two phrases (the intelligence was dropped, the intelligence is heading back) were created through sentence mixing to have context lines for the urn being dropped and returning to it's spawn spot. Best used with the TF2 Intelligence Spirit Urn Mod.
