Adds the "Ohhhh sheeee flieeeeeesss" from Testaments strive theme over Ivys ult. There's some complications due to how the game plays her ult sound but it still works fine, just doesnt start from the "ohhhh" everytime, unfortunately.

In my testing it was long enough to last her ult with all duration extending items.
